Description

It is best for people with dry skin, and has the most significant effect when applied to dampened skin by creating hydrophobic barrier over the skin, contributing to the inter-corneocytes matrix. Occlusives such as mineral oil can reduce TEWL by 20% to 30%. It is often used in skin care to maintain a healthy skin appearance.
